You will supervise crews, coordinate with sales and production, review payroll for hourly staff, and uphold safety and quality standards to deliver timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; regular travel to job sites.
• Experience in a customer service role.
• Residential roofing experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple projects daily from start to finish
• Coordinate with sales and production to meet customer needs
• Identify and mitigate project risks and elevate as required
• Oversee crew leaders and technicians to ensure timely completion
• Perform install and post-install inspections to uphold processes and standards
• Work closely with homeowners to provide excellent customer service
• Review and approve payroll for hourly employees

Installation Managers at King Quality Roofing will be a key component in providing our customers with the best experience in the home improvement industry. Excellent and timely service to our customers is of the utmost importance.

Here are some examples of the actual work your day would include:

• Supervise multiple projects daily from start to finish
• Work harmoniously with sales managers and production administrators to meet customer needs
• Identify and mitigate risks to projects, proactively manage and elevate as required
• Oversee and manage crew leaders and repair technicians to ensure projects are completed timely
• Perform install and post-install inspections to uphold company processes and standards
• Work closely with homeowners throughout their project to provide excellent customer service
• Review and approve payroll for hourly employees

To be successful in this role, you need to have a certain amount of knowledge, skills and experience:

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required because this position requires regular driving to job sites to meet with homeowners and supervise projects
• Experience in a customer service role
• Previous experience in residential roofing, preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
