King Quality Roofing is seeking an Installation Manager in Bohemia to oversee multiple roofing installation projects, support field crews, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with sales, production, and admin teams, review crew performance, and maintain strong communication with homeowners to deliver a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple installation and repair projects daily, from initial scheduling through final completion.
• Lead, support, and manage crew leaders and repair technicians to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Partner with Sales Managers and Production Administrators to coordinate project timelines, resolve challenges, and meet customer expectations.
• Proactively identify project risks, troubleshoot issues, and elevate concerns when necessary.
• Conduct pre-installation, installation, and post-installation inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards and established processes.
• Communicate with homeowners throughout their projects, providing timely updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Monitor project progress and hold field teams accountable for quality, productivity, and timely completion.
• Review and approve payroll for hourly employees, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Identify opportunities to improve installation processes, team performance, and operational efficiency.
• Represent King Quality Roofing with professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to doing the job right.
