Job summary

Creative Realities, Inc. is seeking an Installation Manager to lead AV/digital signage installations for multiple accounts. You will coordinate internal teams and subcontractors, manage budgets, and ensure project milestones are met with a focus on client satisfaction.

The role requires strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills to deliver on-time installations in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration with account managers and program managers is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years project related experience.
• Knowledge of digital signage, commercial display solutions, and/or interactive kiosk industries preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• AVIXA CTS and/or Digital Signage Federation certification desired.
• Experienced user of software CRM tools. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly project reviews with teams and clients.
• Ensure milestones approvals are obtained and documented.
• Collect and maintain all required project artifacts.
• Work with Account Managers to create change orders as required.
• Provide timely, professional client service to meet needs.

Digital Signage | A/V | Construction

We are looking for Installation Managers who have experience in the A/V, Digital Signage, and construction industries who can manage digital solution installations for our clients. The Installation Manager is the primary interface for account-based clients and are accountable for leading the team through the Installation Planning and Execution phases, creating a predictable experience for both employees and clients alike. This position will oversee several projects with similar scopes of work for multiple accounts. You will work closely with Program Manager of your assigned business vertical and client account managers to forecast and plan installations for each client account assigned.

• Assume full ownership for the project and  escalate to senior management as needed to ensure company and client goals are met

Qualifications

• ~ Bachelor's Degree preferred
• ~ AVIXA CTS and/or Digital Signage Federation certification desired
• ~ Experienced user of software CRM tools. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• ~ Highly flexible and able to respond quickly to unforeseen changes in projects and customer requirements
• Self-motivated, achievement-oriented with superior planning and time management skills
• Must be comfortable working in a deadline-oriented, fast paced business environment with shifting priorities
