The Installation Support Coordinator in Troy, MI, will assist the installation team with scheduling, site surveys, travel, and lodging, ensuring documentation supports on-time and on-budget project delivery.

You will coordinate with install crews and 3rd party teams, maintain data accuracy, and help prepare SOPs and reports to keep projects moving smoothly through all phases.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication with installers and vendors.
• Experience in scheduling, logistics, or field service support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Schedule project installations and site surveys with installers.
• Enter and track data in scheduling/ERP software and QuickBooks.
• Manage travel logistics for installation personnel and lodging options.
• Coordinate with 3rd party installation companies and document compliance.
• Monitor workflows, report on on-time completion, and suggest improvements.
• Maintain installation data accuracy and SOPs for the team.
• Review expense reports for policy compliance.
