Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience or equivalent experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success working autonomously and with others in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of the Graphics and/or Millwork departments as directed by the Project Manager.
• Communicates and implements Graphics/Millwork processes to facilitate workflow.
• Documents customer requirements as directed by the Project Manager.
• Assists in production timing and prioritization with stakeholders.
• Supports administrative needs of Project Managers within project systems.
• Maintains a list of all projects for review.
• Reviews customer orders for accuracy and on-time delivery.
