Job summary

Coburn's Exclusive is seeking an Installation Lead / Superintendent to provide on-site coordination for all phases of installation of metal fabricated projects. You will manage the crew, ensure schedules stay on track and safety is strictly enforced, coordinating materials from shop and equipment while following specifications.

Job description

We are looking for an Installation Lead / Superintendent who will provide on-site coordination for all phases of installation of metal fabricated projects from start to finish, including coordinating material from shop and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, work is proceeding on schedule and within budget, and safety is being strictly enforced. The Installation Lead is responsible for schedule, inspections, quality control, and job site safety. The Installation Lead is expected to coordinate an assigned crew in all aspects of various installation projects in the Middle Tennessee area, and across the country when necessary. The Installation Lead demonstrates the mechanical aptitude, mathematical and literacy skills necessary to ensure all people under his/her supervision perform tasks in a safe and efficient manner.

Physical Standards:

• Position will require exerting up to 60 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body and operating machinery at heights up to 100 feet plus
• Position is subject to both outside and inside environmental conditions. Employee may be subject to harsh weather conditions while on job sites
• Work schedules include days, nights and weekend work

This position requires an authorization to work within the United States and a valid drivers license accompanied by a reliable mode of transportation to and from work (including jobs that are not located at our shop).
