Description:

This role involves onsite repairs, technical training, and support via phone, email, and electronic communication. The position requires frequent travel within the US. It is a direct hire role with compensation based on experience. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Utilize visual clues, diagnostic tools, and software to troubleshoot issues.
• Apply electrical and electronic knowledge to diagnose and resolve problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as applications, sales, and customer service.
• Document service reports thoroughly for each repair.
• Assist in developing or updating technical documentation.
• Work independently while adhering to safety standards.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Diagnose system problems and advise on solutions during onsite visits or remotely.
• Maintain high performance in high-pressure situations.
• Provide operational, applications, and maintenance training to customers.
• Install and upgrade hardware and software.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience:

• Customer-focused and self-motivated.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in computer skills and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of CO2 and/or fiber laser systems.
• Experience with graphic design or CAD/CAM software like Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, Alpha CAM, Master CAM, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Responsive to support inquiries via email and phone promptly.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Experience/Education:

An associate's degree or technical school certification in engineering principles or a combination of education and experience. Experience with software, electronics, wiring, and mechanics is beneficial. Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean record.
