Job summary

The Wasserstrom Company is seeking an Installation Manager to lead field installations in Columbus, OH, and to oversee quality service that promotes customer satisfaction while preserving profitability.

You will supervise the Installation Department, manage the parcel truck fleet and warehouse operations, plan labor, and drive cost control and continuous improvement across the department.

Qualifications

• 2 year / Associate Degree
• 5 years relevant installation experience
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• Proficient computer skills; MS Office including Outlook
• Ability to analyze data and recommend improvements

Responsibilities

• Manages installation of equipment to customer specifications.
• Supervise associates within the Installation Department.
• Plan, assign and direct work of the team and ensure proper procedures.
• Manage budget, labor and warehouse costs; provide training and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
