CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. in McDonough, GA seeks an Installation Manager to lead Whirlpool installations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will audit installations in the field, coach teams, and serve as the primary client contact to keep projects on track. The role is onsite with a Monday–Friday schedule, potential Saturdays, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, retirement with company match, PTO,

Qualifications

• Field-based inspections, audits, or operations support experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead through influence and coach others.
• High school diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify installations to meet safety, manufacturer, and company standards.
• Conduct workmanship and customer service audits; document and report findings.
• Serve as primary contact for site supervisors and clients on scheduling and readiness.
• Provide coaching and feedback to installation teams based on audit results.
• Participate in daily reporting, dock meetings, and operations calls.
• Step in as backup support for Operations or Warehouse leadership when needed.
