Position Purpose
The Installation Field Coordinator supports the Installation Manager in delivering high-quality installations and field service operations. This role works exclusively with the Installation Manager, Installation Administration Team, and Service Technicians to execute the daily field schedule, address installation and service priorities, document field conditions, and help maintain company and manufacturer quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Begin each workday by following the daily schedule prepared by the Installation Administration Team, including any high-priority items noted for the day.
- Deliver materials to jobsites when required and communicate field material needs to the Installation Manager or Installation Administration Team.
- Perform installation inspections, document issues, and create clear punch lists for follow-up by the Installation Manager and Installation Administration Team.
- Submit material lists and detailed material pickup requests to the Installation Administration Team for coordination and scheduling.
- Meet with Service Technicians at jobsites as needed and assist with service and warranty-related tasks.
- May be required to perform the duties of a Service Technician as operational needs require.
- Evaluate scheduled service and warranty items in the field.
- Submit warranty/service information and supporting photos to the Installation Manager and Installation Administration Team for review and coordination.
- Communicate job-related updates, field conditions, and action items in real time to the Installation Manager, Installation Administration Team, and Service Technicians.
- Maintain professional communication and coordination with the Installation Manager, Installation Administration Team, and Service Technicians.
- Follow company safety requirements, PPE requirements, and applicable OSHA policies while in the field.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Read and comprehend work instructions, product approvals, manufacturer installation instructions, blueprints, and technical information.
- Communicate effectively with the Installation Manager, Installation Administration Team, and Service Technicians, including clear one-on-one communication of field information and priorities.
- Operate company software and maintain a general understanding of the product lines being installed.
- Apply knowledge of installation practices, construction methods, tools, and jobsite safety requirements.
- Troubleshoot and repair products in the field and perform water tests to inspect for leaks when required.
- Use discretion and independent judgment and work independently with minimal supervision while also supporting team objectives.
- Manage time and changing priorities effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain professional appearance, conduct, communication, and strong attention to detail.
Education, Qualifications, Licensing Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred but not required.
- 1-3 years of experience in installation, construction, or a related trade preferred.
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to safely operate company vehicles as required for daily field travel and material delivery.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and random drug tests after hiring.
Working Conditions
Work is performed indoors and outdoors, including in extreme temperatures or inclement weather. The position may involve frequent exposure to loud noises, dust, construction debris, active jobsites, and uneven surfaces. Daily travel to assigned project and service locations is required; occasional overnight travel may be required. Work schedules may vary based on project and service needs.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry 50-100 pounds frequently and safely maneuver materials and equipment as job duties require.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, climb ladders, kneel, crouch, bend, reach, and use hands and tools.
- Ability to work in confined spaces or at heights as required by jobsite conditions.
- Visual acuity and manual dexterity sufficient for field inspections, precision work, and safety compliance.
