Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the loading and unloading of landscape materials and equipment.
• Perform various manual tasks including digging, raking, planting, mulching, and grading.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with other crew members and the Crew Supervisor to complete projects on time and to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding project progress or issues.
• Assist in the preparation of sites for installation, including debris removal and soil amendments.

Job Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscaping or a related outdoor construction field preferred, but not required.
• Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation to and from the company’s designated meeting point.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of landscape tools and equipment is a plus.
