Mariani Landscape is seeking a Construction Crew Member to join our team in Libertyville, IL. This role focuses on transforming landscapes, installing plant materials, and building hardscape features as part of a collaborative crew.

You will work outdoors on diverse projects, follow safety guidelines, and contribute to high-quality results that meet client expectations. Prior landscaping experience is preferred, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven work experience as a Landscaper.
• Knowledge of plant identification and proper planting techniques.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Understanding of landscaping principles and techniques.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to oversee several projects at a time.

Responsabilités

• Install plant material such as trees, shrubs, and flowers.
• Bed preparation and maintenance (weeding, edging, mulching, fertilizing).
• Assist with construction of patios and hardscapes using pavers, stone, and concrete.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
• Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.

This role focuses on transforming existing landscapes and implementing new designs, requiring a strong understanding of planting, hardscaping, and other enhancement techniques. Responsibilities and Duties

• o Install of plant material like planting trees, shrubs, flowers.
• o Bed preparation and maintenance like weeding, edging, mulching, and fertilizing.
• o Assist with the construction of patios, and other hardscape features using various materials such as pavers, stone, and concrete.
• o Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
• o Collaborate effectively with other crew members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
• o Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
