Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Installation Crew Member to support landscape installation projects. This role involves physical labor and teamwork to bring design concepts to life on job sites across the region.

Responsibilities include loading materials, operating basic tools, site preparation, and collaborating with the Crew Supervisor to meet project specifications while following safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or outdoor construction preferred, but not required.
• Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
