gpac is seeking an Installation Coordinator in Fort Lauderdale, FL to oversee planning, scheduling, and coordination of installation activities across multiple projects, ensuring on-time and quality execution.

The role requires strong knowledge of scheduling software (Monday.com, Job Runner) and tools, plus excellent communication and bilingual Spanish/Portuguese abilities. You will collaborate with PMs, contractors, and field supervisors to deliver projects efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in construction, focusing on flooring installation coordination.
• Extensive knowledge of scheduling software such as Monday.com or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with construction site operations, including logistics and safety.
• Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a must.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation schedules using scheduling software to align timelines with resources.
• Collaborate with PMs, contractors and field supervisors to develop installation plans.
• Ensure safety/quality standards across all installation phases and maintain clear communications.
• Complete and coordinate badging and safety requirements for in-house and subcontractor teams as requested.

Your expertise in construction scheduling software, project management tools, and civil engineering project management software will drive efficiency and accuracy throughout the installation process. Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation schedules by utilizing construction scheduling software such as Monday and Job Runner to align project timelines with resource availability and client requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and field supervisors to develop detailed installation plans based on construction drawings and plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards during all phases of installation while facilitating effective communication among all stakeholders
• Completing and coordinating badging and safety requirements for in house, and subcontractor teams at request of General Contractors and End users.

Experience

• Proven project management experience in the construction industry with a focus on flooring industry installation coordination .
• Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling software such as Monday or similar tools like Scheduling software for accurate project planning.
• Hands-on experience with construction site operations including logistics, material handling, and safety procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
• Bilingual Spanish and/or Portuguese is a must.
• Excellent General Computer skills and Microsoft Teams and Program skills a must.
