Job summary

Hunter Douglas Retail Lead Network, a division of Hunter Douglas, seeks an Install Technician - Interior Window Treatments in the St. Louis, MO area. This is a 1099 contract role with earnings potential ranging from $5,000 to $50,000 annually, based on gigs and scheduling.

You will schedule and coordinate installation, take precise measurements, receive inventory, and professionally represent HD RLN and our retail partners while delivering top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication required.
• Proven measuring skills.
• Experience installing blinds, shades and shutters.
• Experience installing drapery and other soft treatments.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills (email, printing, scanning).
• Possess liability insurance or willingness to obtain.
• Possess applicable state/local licenses.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with customers.
• Conduct complex measurements for products when requested.
• Receive product at your location and verify condition.
• Represent HD RLN and retail partners professionally.
• Resolve issues while maintaining excellent customer service.

• Receive product at your location and verify that all product has arrived in good condition
