Hunter Douglas Retail Lead Network, a division of Hunter Douglas, seeks an Install Technician - Interior Window Treatments in St. Cloud, MN.

This contractor role includes scheduling installations, taking precise measurements, and ensuring smooth delivery and installation of window coverings for customers. Ideal candidates provide strong customer service, experience with blinds/shades/shutters and drapery, and maintain professional representation of the brand.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Experience and proven measuring skills
• Experience installing custom blinds, shades and shutters
• Experience installing drapery and other soft treatments
• Leaves positive and lasting impressions
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic computer skills; emails, printing, scanning, downloading/uploading to website
• Currently possess or willing to obtain liability insurance
• Possess all applicable state and local licenses

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with our customers
• When requested, conduct complex measurements for products, including shutters
• Receive product at your location and verify that all product has arrived in good condition
• Professionally represent HD RLN and our retail partners
