Job summary

Hunter Douglas Retail Lead Network (HD RLN) has an opportunity for an experienced custom window treatment Installer. Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with our customers; conduct complex measurements for products including shutters; receive product at your location and verify that all product has arrived in good condition.

Professionally represent HD RLN and our retail partners, resolving issues while continuing to provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Experience and proven measuring skills.
• Extensive experience installing Hunter Douglas blinds, shades and shutters.
• Experience installing drapery and other soft treatments.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills; emails, printing, scanning, downloading/uploading to website.
• Possess liability insurance or willingness to obtain.
• Possess all applicable state and local licenses.

Responsibilities
