HDRLN is seeking an experienced Install Technician for interior window treatments in Ashwaubenon, WI. The contractor role covers coordinating installations, measuring for custom blinds and shutters, and handling product receipt at the job site.

You will represent HDRLN and our retail partners, ensuring excellent service and issue resolution throughout each project.

Qualifications

• Must have exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to conduct complex measurements for products including shutters.
• Experience installing Hunter Douglas blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, or similar soft treatments.
• Strong organizational skills and basic computer/email tasks.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with customers.
• Take or verify measurements for products when required.
• Receive products and confirm condition upon arrival.
• Represent HDRLN and our retail partners professionally.
• Resolve issues while maintaining high customer service standards.

Position Overview

HDRLN has an opportunity for an experienced custom window treatment Installer

Schedule and coordinate installation appointment with our customer

• When requested, conduct complex measurements for products; including shutters
• Receive product at your location and verify that all product has arrived in good condition
• Professionally represent HDRLN and our retail partners
• Resolve issues while continuing to provide excellent customer service
