HDRLN is seeking an experienced install technician for interior window treatments in Fargo, ND. This contractor role involves scheduling installations, taking precise measurements, and delivering professional installation of blinds, shutters, and drapery.

You will receive product, verify condition, and represent HDRLN and our retail partners while providing outstanding customer service and problem resolution in the field.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

• Extensive experience installing Hunter Douglas blinds, shades and shutters.
• Experience installing drapery and other soft treatments.

Position Overview

HDRLN has an opportunity for an experienced custom window treatment Installer

Schedule and coordinate installation appointment with our customer

• When requested, conduct complex measurements for products; including shutters
• Receive product at your location and verify that all product has arrived in good condition
• Professionally represent HDRLN and our retail partners
• Resolve issues while continuing to provide excellent customer service
