Hunter Douglas Retail Lead Network (HD RLN) is seeking an experienced Install Technician for interior window treatments in Kansas City, KS. This contract position involves coordinating installation appointments, taking precise measurements, and ensuring professional product handling and customer satisfaction.

You will work with Hunter Douglas blinds, shades and drapery, supported by our installation and product experts, with bi-weekly payments and flexible scheduling.

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Experience and proven measuring skills.
• Extensive experience installing Hunter Douglas blinds, shades and shutters.
• Experience installing drapery and other soft treatments.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with customers.
• Conduct complex measurements for products; including shutters when requested.
• Receive product at your location and verify condition.
• Professionally represent HD RLN and our retail partners.
• Resolve issues while maintaining excellent customer service.

• When requested, conduct complex measurements for products; including shutters
• Receive product at your location and verify that all product has arrived in good condition
• Professionally represent HD RLN and our retail partners
• Resolve issues while continuing to provide excellent customer service
