Job summary

Hunter Douglas Retail Lead Network (HD RLN) is seeking an experienced custom window treatment Installer in Knoxville, TN. You will schedule and coordinate installation appointments, take precise measurements, and ensure products arrive in good condition.

Represent HD RLN professionally, resolve issues with outstanding customer service, and work with our partners to deliver high-quality window coverings, shades, blinds, and drapery.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Experience and proven measuring skills.
• Extensive experience installing Hunter Douglas blinds, shades and shutters.
• Experience installing drapery and other soft treatments.
• Leaves positive and lasting impressions.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills; emails, printing, scanning, uploading to website.
• Currently possess or willing to obtain liability insurance.
• Possess all applicable state and local licenses.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with our customer.
• Conduct complex measurements for products; including shutters.
• Receive product at your location and verify that all product has arrived in good condition.
• Professionally represent HD RLN and our retail partners.
• Resolve issues while continuing to provide excellent customer service.
