Job summary

Smiths-Plumbing-Services is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to perform residential installations and lead junior team members. You will communicate with customers, document work, and ensure equipment is properly maintained to deliver reliable, high-quality results.

The role requires EPA certification and a valid driver’s license, with extra consideration given to NATE certification. A safe, customer-focused mindset and physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification.
• NATE certification a plus.
• Must pass a background check and random drug tests.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Physical ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and on roofs.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

• Lead and mentor installation helpers to ensure high standards and efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with customers, offering expert advice and addressing questions.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.

• Measure ductwork accurately and handle related installation tasks.
