Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Coppell, TX is seeking an Install Supervisor to lead the commercial entry door installation team. You will plan schedules, manage labor costs, and ensure projects meet commitments and budgets.

The role requires leadership skills, the ability to coordinate with customers, and the capability to develop and mentor field staff. Bachelor’s degree preferred and experience in supervision is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, plus at least 2 years of personnel management experience.
• Excellent communication with customers to exceed satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to understand technical applications and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the commercial entry door install department.
• Plan and schedule work to meet daily customer commitments.
• Review workload and manpower to meet budgets.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, under budget, to customer satisfaction.
• Review monthly reports and develop action plans with front-line managers.
• Improve field team performance through regular reviews.
• Assist with hiring, training and developing new employees.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
