You will lead installations of furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, and related components while mentoring junior technicians.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation and service experience required.
• HVAC certification or associated degree preferred.
• EPA Certification required for refrigerant handling.
• Lead install experience preferred; able to mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

• Install furnaces, air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and related equipment.
• Install ductwork, sheet metal transitions, refrigeration lines, condensate systems, and venting.
• Replace and diagnose electrical and mechanical components.
• Maintain responsibility for company vehicle, tools, and inventory.
• Procure materials to meet scheduled completion timelines.
• Train and mentor junior technicians.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and company policies.
• Maintain professional appearance and strong customer relations.
