Home Comfort is seeking qualified HVAC Service Technicians to service residential customers and local business clients within a 10-mile radius of our shop. We offer FULL TIME year-round work, with a competitive hourly rate based on experience and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in HVAC installation.
• EPA certification required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Adherence to safety policies and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements and specifications.
• Properly connect electrical, gas, and venting lines.
• Load and organize materials on company vehicle for each job.
• Document all calls/jobs per company requirements.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and address inquiries during installation.
• Train and mentor Installation Apprentices when needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company directives.

We service an approximate 10-mile radius from our shop. We cover the Northshore, Northwest suburbs, and North sides of Chicago, among other individual communities nearby, like those surrounding O'Hare. We are very centrally located, and have so much appreciation for the communities we serve.
