Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL seeks an Install Manager to lead the install department, plan schedules, manage labor costs, and ensure customer commitments are met.

You will oversee daily operations, review financial and operational reports, participate in hiring and training, and drive performance improvements across field teams. A Bachelor’s degree and prior management experience are preferred.

• Review monthly financial/operational reports and develop action plans to improve.
• Improve field performance through regular reviews of staff.
• Assist with hiring, training and developing new employees.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the install department
• Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure that the plan is properly executed
• Review workload and manpower to meet customer commitments in a cost-effective manner
• Ensure that projects are completed timely, below budget and to the satisfaction of the customer
• Review monthly financial/operational reports and work with front-line managers to develop action plans to improve
• Improve individual performance of the field force you manage through daily, monthly and yearly performance reviews
• Will assist with hiring, training and developing new employees
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and previous management experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Responsible for communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction levels consistently exceed expectations
• Review customer survey data, respond to customer concerns
• Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record
