Job summary

Great Lakes Home Remodeling LLC in Michigan is seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee exterior home installation projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality results.

Qualifications

  • Oversee exterior home installation projects from start to finish, including ensuring on-time, on-budget, quality delivery.

  • Track project progress, resolve on-site issues, ensure safety protocols are followed, and maintain documentation.

What You’ll do..
  • Oversee exterior home installation projects from start to finish, including:
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Coordinating installation schedules, managing project timelines and resources
  • Communicating with homeowners and collaborating with installation teams and vendors
  • Tracking project progress, resolving on-site issues, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Support customer service and sales efforts by providing project updates, answering questions, and helping deliver a smooth installation experience
What You’ll bring....
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills to liaise effectively with homeowners, installation crews, and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated Project Management and Budgeting skills to plan, coordinate, and control project timelines, resources, and costs.
  • Sales and customer relationship-building skills to support project scoping, change orders, and upselling appropriate services.
  • Experience in construction, remodeling, or exterior home improvements (roofing, siding, or related fields) is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to read and interpret project plans, contracts, and installation specifications.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with basic project tracking tools and common office software (Excel, Outlook, Scheduling tools)
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or education in construction management or a related field is a plus.
