The ideal candidate has 5+ years in residential window installation and 2+ years in residential project management, with strong communication and coordination skills to work with subcontractors and internal teams. A valid driver’s license is required and a company vehicle is provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support residential window projects across multiple job sites.
• Fill in for crew leads when needed and manage workload spikes.
• Ensure sites are prepared, materials on hand, and scopes understood.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain schedule and quality.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and workmanship.
• Communicate timelines, issues, and expectations with clients.
• Document and resolve on-site challenges and change orders promptly.
• Ensure safety protocols and building codes are followed.

As demand grows, we’re looking for a flexible, knowledgeable Project Manager to support multiple crews and job sites across our service area.

Position Summary:

This Project Manager will oversee and support a variety of residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to company standards. This position is ideal for a highly organized, hands‑on professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities across job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and assist with window projects as needed across multiple job sites
• Fill in for crew leads who are out or when workload demands additional oversight
• Ensure job sites are prepared, materials are on hand, and crews are clear on scope and expectations
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain schedule and quality
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, compliance, and workmanship
• Communicate with clients regarding timelines, issues, and expectations
• Document and resolve on‑site challenges and change orders promptly
• Ensure all safety protocols and building codes are followed
