The Project Manager (Exteriors) is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of assigned exterior home improvement projects, including roofing, windows, and siding, ensuring they are completed on schedule, in accordance with company standards, and to the highest level of customer satisfaction.
This role manages the installation process from start to finish by coordinating and directing subcontractors, monitoring project progress, and maintaining regular communication with customers throughout the duration of each project.
The Project Manager is responsible for inspecting completed work to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with company expectations. Additionally, this role focuses on improving installation efficiency, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring each exterior project is delivered smoothly, professionally, and in alignment with company workmanship standards.
Requirements:
As a Project Manager, you will use your skills in project coordination, project planning, project scheduling, project documentation, and project administration on a daily basis. You will also need to have a strong understanding of project management software and be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders. Your ability to manage project risks and issues, develop contingency plans, and coordinate project activities will be critical to your success in this role
