Andersen Corporation seeks an Install Lead I to guide installation teams in window and door projects, ensuring flawless first-time results. You will lead multi-tasking crews, assess job sites for hazards, and uphold safety standards while collaborating with other installers to maximize efficiency and quality.

The role requires strong carpentry, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to lift heavy loads and work varied schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• State Contractors license preferred.
• Excellent multitasking and collaboration abilities.
• Strong project management and safety knowledge.
• Proven finish carpentry and measuring skills.
• Ability to lift up to 83 pounds and work variable schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, training, coaching and mentoring to Install crews.
• Lead window and door installations with attention to safety and quality.
• Assess jobsites for hazards and address issues before work begins.
• Collaborate with installers to maximize efficiencies and proper tear outs.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation and stock management.
• Build positive homeowner relations and uphold company safety standards.
• Support for minor service calls and general warehouse tasks.
