Oxford Plumbing, Heating & Cooling in Oxford, PA is seeking an HVAC Install Helper to assist our installation team. No extensive experience is required—just a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

You will help install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related equipment, safely using hand and power tools, loading materials, and keeping sites clean. This role offers paid training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Comfortable using power tools, ladders, and lifting 50–75 lbs; attic access and climbing are part of the job.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn.
