Oxford Plumbing, Heating & Cooling in Oxford, PA is seeking an HVAC Install Helper to support our installation team. No extensive experience required—great attitude and willingness to learn are valued. You will assist with residential installations and gain hands-on skills in a local, customer-focused shop.

We offer competitive pay from $18-$24/hour, paid weekly, plus medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO, paid holidays, and training to advance in the trades.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willing to learn and take direction.
• Comfortable working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential HVAC installations.
• Help install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related equipment.
• Safely use hand and power tools on the job.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
• Learn installation techniques from experienced technicians.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in customers' homes.
