Job summary

Aire Care is hiring an HVAC Install Helper in Knoxville, TN. This full-time role supports lead installers on residential HVAC system installations, assists with equipment removal and new installs, and helps manage ductwork, wiring, drains, and safety tasks in customers' homes.

Candidates should be dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team; prior HVAC or hands-on experience is a plus but not required. Valid driver’s license and physical stamina are important.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, construction, mechanical or hands-on work is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in the HVAC trade.
• Physically capable of lifting equipment and materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC system installations.
• Help remove existing HVAC equipment and install new systems.
• Assist with ductwork, refrigerant lines, electrical connections, drains and other installation tasks.
• Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area during installations.
• Follow instructions from Lead Installers and help complete jobs efficiently.
• Learn proper installation techniques, tools, equipment and safety procedures.
• Provide professional and respectful service while working in customers' homes.

What You’ll Do

• Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC system installations
