Qualifications

• ASN in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Three (3) years' nursing experience within the past seven (7) years.
• Georgia RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Direct, instruct, and guide students in the clinical and simulation labs.
• Complete clinical/simulation orientation and debriefing with the Clinical and Simulation Coordinator.
• Facilitate development of student clinical judgement, communication, and professional skills.
• Engage students in observation, assessment, and education of patients.
• Promote a safe learning environment and conduct pre/post clinical conferences.
• Evaluate student progress and return graded work in a timely manner.
• Complete mid-term and final clinical evaluations for each student.
• Collaborate with course faculty to review learning outcomes.
