Job summary

Spearman ISD is looking for a High School Principal for the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic leader capable of fostering academic excellence among students and staff, and implementing effective instructional programs in a team-oriented environment.

This position offers a dynamic role in guiding instructional teams and ensuring high standards of educational service in a 2AA school district with approximately 180 students. Benefits include contributions towards health insurance and local personal days.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years successful experience as a classroom teacher.
• Minimum of three years successful experience as a campus principal or assistant principal, preferred.
• Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction.
