• Attends faculty meetings and participates in planning.
• Collaborates with staff on instructional goals and methods.
• Assists in selecting books and instructional materials.
• Participates in co-curricular activities as assigned.
• Fosters open communication with students and parents about progress.
• Establishes cooperative relationships with others.
• Pursues professional growth through reading, workshops, and coursework.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Superintendent or Board.
