The LEGO Group is seeking a full-time Team Leader for LEGO Brand Retail at Annapolis Mall, MD. You will train the team to exceed standards in customer service, product knowledge, and sales while leading daily store operations.

Responsibilities include optimizing sales, space planning, maintaining pricing and visual displays, replenishing fixtures, and coaching staff to reflect LEGO Brand values. Must be able to work 40 hours weekly and lift up to 30 lbs.

• Maximize profitable sales by regularly reviewing sales and margin information.
• Assist to ensure effective space management.
• Maintain store graphics system and pricing for customer focus.
• Ensure fixtures are replenished.
• Evaluate competitor visual merchandising and identify opportunities.
• Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising per guidelines.
• Motivate and develop a high-performing team aligned with LEGO Brand values.
