Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience in a retail store environment.
• Experience delivering employee training.
• Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing experience.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale automated systems.
• Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising proficiency.
• Physical ability to meet job demands (lifting up to 30 lbs, stand for long hours).

Responsibilities

• Maximize profitable sales by regularly reviewing sales and margin information.
• Assist to ensure space management techniques are used effectively.
• Maintain store graphics system and pricing to support customer service and sales.
• Ensure fixtures are replenished consistently.
• Evaluate competitor visual merchandising and identify growth opportunities.
• Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising per LEGO Brand Retail guidelines.
• Motivate and develop a high-performance team aligned with LEGO Brand values.
