Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams in store environments.
• Ability to train employees on store processes and standards.
• Experience handling cash, conducting audits and sales reconciliation.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Sales Associates to deliver LEGO Brand Retail standards.
• Maximize profitable sales through regular review of sales and margin data.
• Maintain space management and store graphics, pricing, and fixtures.
• Replenish fixtures and maintain merchandising standards.
• Monitor competitor merchandising and identify opportunities to improve store performance.
• Inspire and develop a high-performance team aligned with LEGO Brand values.
