Kind Behavioral Health (KBH) is seeking licensed BCBAs to join our Durham, NC clinic. You will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, educate families, and maintain high-quality data-driven care. Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and in good standing.
• Experience with ASD strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ABA assessments and design Treatment Plans.
• Supervise RBTs and ensure treatment fidelity.
• Provide family training and parent education.
• Maintain timely documentation and billing for clinical activities.
