Job summary

Nexplore is seeking an instructor for after-school STEAM programs in Loxahatchee Groves, FL. The role involves delivering hands-on STEM, Digital Tech, Art, Life Skills and/or Fitness instruction to students across PreK-12, with training, lesson plans, and materials supplied.

You will report to a Program Success Manager and must commit to the Tuesday–Thursday schedule. Work involves arriving on time, reviewing plans, and delivering engaging, standard-aligned lessons using Nexplore’s 80+ programs.

Qualifications

• Part-time position.
• AA Degree (or higher) required.
• 2+ years teaching/instructing preferred.
• Experience working with children.
• Must commit to the full proposed schedule.
• Willing to complete mandatory training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, in-person STEAM instruction to PreK-12 students (as assigned).
• Review lesson plans and materials prior to instruction and arrive prepared.
• Engage with Program Success Manager and site personnel.
• Provide engaging, standard-aligned instruction from Nexplore’s program collection.
