Job summary

Nexplore is hiring part-time STEAM and ARTS instructors for after-school programs at multiple Miami-area sites, including 3465 NW 2nd Ave. Instructors deliver hands-on STEM, art and life skills across PreK-12 assignments, with provided training, lesson plans, and materials.

You will prepare for instruction, teach scheduled classes, and participate in family engagement and program improvement. Qualified candidates have at least an AA degree, 2+ years teaching, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• AA Degree (or higher) required.
• 2+ years teaching/instructing preferred.
• Experience working with children.
• Teaching degree or certificate is a PLUS.
• Must commit to the full proposed schedule.
• Great communication and presentation skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willing to complete mandatory training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality in-person STEM, Digital Tech, Art, Life Skills and/or Fitness instruction.
• Prepare for instruction with provided training, lesson plans, and materials.
• Teach students in grades PreK‑12 (varies by assignment).
• Review plans and materials prior to instruction.
• Maintain professional communication with site staff and Program Success Manager.
