Legacy Traditional Schools is seeking an After School Program Aide to supervise and support students in grades K through 8 in a structured after-school setting. You will follow a fixed schedule, prepare activities, and maintain a safe, welcoming space for learners.

Qualifications

• Must interact positively with students, parents, teachers and administrators.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience with children is a value add.
• Requires IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (Arizona DPS Level One).
• Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and execute scheduled activities under supervision.
• Supervise students to ensure safety and promote positive behavior.
• Monitor outdoor play and safety on swings and structures.
• Oversee students during meals and snack breaks.
• Provide homework assistance during quiet study time as needed.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
