Description

We are seeking a dedicated After School Aide to provide leadership and support in developing and implementing a safe and age-appropriate after school program for school-age youth. This role will work under the close supervision of the Afterschool Program Coordinator.

Responsibilities
  • Create and cultivate meaningful connections with young individuals.
  • Assist in carrying out age-appropriate activities as directed by the Program Coordinator, Club Teacher, and Mentor.
  • Participate in yearly staff training sessions, staff gatherings, and other assignments.
  • Support children in excelling within inclusive programs.
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator.
  • Attend and assist with Youth Program events.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years old.
  • 6 months of experience in school age programs or comparable experience.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • This position requires up to date physical and immunization records.
  • CPR and/or First Aid Certification, preferred.
