Eaton in Waukesha, WI is hiring an Inspector Tester C for the 3rd shift. The role involves performing dielectric, loss, and electrical tests on unit assemblies, with visual inspections and data documentation throughout the process.

Qualified candidates have at least a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of manufacturing experience. The position offers shift premiums, overtime potential, and a sign-on bonus of $3,000 subject to terms.

Competenze

• High school graduate or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position; no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT etc.
• No relocation benefit; within 50-mile radius of work location; military candidates exempt from area limit.

Mansioni

• Perform routine factory dielectric tests per established procedures (OX, QC impulse, hipot).
• Perform routine factory loss tests (load loss, no-load loss).
• Conduct power factor, ratio, and resistance tests per procedures.
• Perform operational tests on regulators and continuity tests.
• Inspect units visually and complete inspection documentation per procedures.
• Assist engineering/manufacturing in resolving shop-floor problems.
