Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESSdivision is seeking an Inspector - 1st Shift in Waukesha, WI to perform transformer/regulator inspections and electrical testing per established procedures. The role starts at $24.45 per hour with a core schedule of 5:00 am - 1:00 pm and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

High school graduate or GED from an accredited institution.
Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience.
Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
No relocation benefit offered; within 50 miles of the work location.

Responsibilities

Inspect transformers/regulators per procedures; perform electrical tests as required.
Inspect unit nameplates and stamp impedance values on nameplates.
Perform visual inspections throughout assembly process.
Complete weekly oil sample tests.
Maintain test equipment and perform special routine tests when required.
Assist Engineering and Manufacturing in identifying and resolving shop floor problems.
