Job summary

Aventure Staffing is looking for a dependable team member to join the paint line and assembly area in Milford. You will prepare, paint, and assemble products, ensuring quality standards are met and safety is observed.

The role requires attention to detail, color vision, and basic math skills. The position offers an 6am-4pm shift with overtime potential on Fridays and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to understand basic mechanical and manufacturing techniques.
• Must be able to distinguish colors for inspection.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must pass pulmonary function respiratory test.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the powder painting operation.
• Spray powder coated paint following industry practices.
• Load and unload parts onto the powder paint line when not in the paint booth.
• Measure parts for identification and properly label them with identification tags.
• Operate and maintain paint booth system and observe gauges and equipment operations to detect abnormalities.
• Use inspection/measurement equipment to ensure work meets quality standards.
• Enter Work Order data required for labor reporting into the computer system.
• Follow safety policies and guidelines.
• Ensure accurate dispensing and labeling of color lab paint samples.
• Troubleshoot issues that may occur within the paint process.
• Other duties as assigned.

Paint Line Assembly $18/hr First shift hours 6am-4pm M-Th OT on Friday

We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking person to join our team on the paint line and assembly area for a company in Milford. This is a hands‑on job where you’ll help prepare, paint, and assemble products while making sure everything meets our quality standards.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate the powder painting operation. Spray powder coated paint following common industry practices. Load and unload parts onto the powder paint line when not in the paint booth. Measure parts for identification purposes and properly label them with identification tags. Operate and maintain paint booth system and observe gauges and equipment operations to detect abnormalities. Use inspection / measurement equipment to ensure work meets or exceeds quality standards. Enter Work Order data required for labor reporting into the computer system. Work in a manner that emphasizes safety of self and others. Follows all safety policies and guidelines. Ensure accurate dispensing and labeling of color lab paint samples. Troubleshoot issues that may occur within the paint process. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
