HMH in Houston, TX is seeking a Dimensional Inspector to ensure product conformance through precise measurement using Romer or Faro CMM equipment and hand tools. You will read engineering drawings, document inspection results, identify non-conformities, and support continuous improvement in a safety-focused environment.

Work hours are 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday with overtime as required. The role requires independence, teamwork, and a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced

Competenze

• Read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience using Romer or Faro arm portable CMM equipment.
• Experience using mechanical measurement tools or hand tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years of dimensional inspection experience.
• Demonstrated ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience using Romer or Faro arm portable CMM equipment.
• Experience using mechanical measurement tools or hand tools.

Desired Characteristics

• Preferred to have experience using stationary CMM equipment and PC-DMIS software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to apply basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic math and basic PC skills.Ability to work, focus and thrive in a very fast paced and noisy work environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Experience working with offshore drilling equipment, specifically BOP and wellbore equipment.

Additional Information

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.
• No relocation assistance.
• 6:00AM - 3:30 PM Monday through Friday (with overtime as required, some holidays required)
