Job summary

Adecco is seeking an Inspector in Carson, CA to perform detailed inspections of fasteners, sheet, and plate materials using precision measuring tools and to ensure compliance with aerospace specifications. You will review products and document non-conformances while supporting corrective actions.

Minimum 5 years in quality inspection in manufacturing is required; experience with titanium, aluminum, steel, or fasteners is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with aerospace materials such as titanium, aluminum, steel, or fasteners preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, blueprint reading, measuring tools, and quality control processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of fasteners, sheet, and plate materials using precision measuring instruments.
• Review incoming, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with aerospace customer specifications, industry standards, and quality requirements.
• Identify, document, and process non-conforming materials while supporting corrective actions and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Verify material certifications, test reports, and inspection records while assisting with internal audits and maintaining AS9100D/AS9120B/ISO 9001 compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed inspections of fasteners, sheet, and plate materials using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and ultrasonic thickness testers.
• Review incoming, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with aerospace customer specifications, industry standards, and quality requirements.
• Identify, document, and process non-conforming materials while supporting corrective actions and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Verify material certifications, test reports, and inspection records while assisting with internal audits and maintaining AS9100D/AS9120B/ISO 9001 compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with aerospace materials such as titanium, aluminum, steel, or fasteners preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required

Pay Details: $30.82 per hour
