  • Ability to perform precise and detailed work.
  • Effective communication with team members.
  • Knowledge of safe work practices and ability to promote them.
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills.
  • Minimum age 18 at joining.
  • Desirable: strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) operations to verify specifications.
  • Use hand tools and measuring equipment to ensure conformance to specs.
  • Document calibration inspection results and keep records accurate.
  • Carry out inspections and calibrations per written instructions.
  • Select appropriate inspection methods and techniques.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and system problems.
  • Perform functional, mechanical, and visual inspections.
  • Verify calibration status of measuring/test equipment in use.
  • Understand how inspections contribute to defect-free product delivery.
  • Set up and calibrate equipment; interpret results against codes and standards.
  • Establish preventative maintenance procedures for inspection equipment.
  • Carry out periodic reviews to ensure compliance with system requirements.
  • Interpret blueprint drawings and ensure specs are met.
  • Develop clear, repeatable feature labels and structured data reports.

Job Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

  • Verify the calibration status of all measuring and test equipment used in the work area, including reference material
  • Understand the relevance of inspection activities and how they contribute to defect‑free product delivery
  • Set up and calibrate equipment, interpret and evaluate results with respect to applicable codes, standards, and specifications
  • Establish and perform preventative maintenance procedures for inspection equipment
  • Perform periodic work reviews and audits to ensure compliance with system requirements
  • Interpret blueprint drawings and ensure specifications are being met
  • Develop consistent, logical feature labels and structured reports for data retrieval and ease of interpretation of inspection results
